Mrs. Elizabeth Dooley, Assistant Principal

Mrs. Elizabeth Dooley joined the team at Staunton River High School as an Assistant Principal in 2019. Mrs. Dooley previously served as an Assistant Principal at Patrick Henry High School in Roanoke City. Prior to that, she served as a special education paraprofessional, teacher, and department chair at PH as well as a Special Education Coordinator for secondary schools in Roanoke City. Mrs. Dooley graduated from Longwood College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Physical Education/Athletic Training. She earned a Masters of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Virginia Tech. She lives in Bedford with her husband, Jason, and their son, Mason, who attends Montvale Elementary School.
